Photograph Prints- Any size up to 11"x17" color or black & white prints or 35 mm slides may be submitted. Glossy prints preferred rather than matte finish if possible.
Logo's & Artwork- Logo's may be submitted on business cards, letterhead, brochures, etc. Please provide the logo as large as possible with the highest quality. Computer files of logo may also be submitted, see below for file formats.
Computer Files- Photo scans, digital photos, graphics,
clip art, logo's, etc.
- Keep your original file and send us a copy.
- Provide the highest quality and resolution that you have.
- Save as .eps, .tif, .jpg, .pdf if possible.
- Include all linked images.
- Convert fonts to outlines or include fonts.
Custom Lettering- No additional charge of straight
typesetting with below fonts. Write imprint exactly as you want
it to appear. Do not use quotation marks unless you want them
to print. Write any notes separately. If multiple items are ordered
with different imprints please indicate clearly the imprint on
each. Please indicate font wanted. If font is not chosen, we
will pick one.
Customizing Artwork- Any custom artwork, graphic design and photo alterations / corrections available with additional charges.
Color Matching- Because of variables in materials and the printing process, exact color matching of photos and spot colors cannot be guaranteed.
Disks- We accept CD, Zip, 3.5" floppy disks, DVD and 120 MB Super Disk. We accept both PC and Mac formats. Include a paper copy printout of artwork on disk. Mail to: Empire Screen Printing Inc., Atten: Deb Gilbertson, N5206 Marco Road, Onalaska, WI 54650.

-Please label artwork and disks clearly with your name, address and phone number. If multiple items are ordered with different imprints please indicate clearly the imprint on each.
-All disks, artwork and photographs will be returned.
-Layout, color, cropping at Empire's discretion.
-No Copyrighted or Trademarked items printed without permission.
